Dunk4Dreams is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support basketball-focused and technology-access programs for youth.

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and experienced Volunteer Digital Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales channel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce and have experience integrating and managing third-party services like Printful and Amazon Merch on Demand. This is a volunteer-based role, and you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills and expertise towards the growth and development of our organization.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the organization's leadership team to define and develop the online sales channel strategy

- Manage and oversee the operations of the organization's online store

- Integrate third-party services like Printful and Amazon Merch on Demand into the organization's e-commerce strategy

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of e-commerce initiatives

- Analyze customer data and traffic patterns to identify trends, optimize the customer experience and drive sales

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote online sales

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the online sales channel and continuously improve the organization's e-commerce capabilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels

Requirements:

- Experience in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus

- Experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or related field

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and tools

- Experience with integrating and managing third-party services like Printful and Amazon Merch on Demand

- Experience with managing and optimizing online sales channels, including website design, conversion rate optimization, and digital marketing

- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others

- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
