Leverage your PR and social media skills to make a difference in the community, while gaining invaluable professional experience. The PR and Social Media Intern will play an integral role in telling Arizona Science Center’s story. He/she will help with social media community management, content development, researching science trends to influence pitching, responding to and coordinating media requests, including facilitating regular broadcast segments on FOX and ABC 15. His/her efforts will market the Center overall, as well as the 5-story Flinn Theater, Dorrance Planetarium, exhibits, CREATE makerspace, learning programs, traveling exhibitions and new signature programs and events.

Arizona Science Center, located at 600 East Washington Street in Copper Square in downtown Phoenix, features more than 300 hands-on exhibits, live demonstrations and an IMAX Theater. Our Science Corps volunteer program impacts 400,000 children, families and school group visitors throughout the year by performing a wide variety of service projects that support the Center's mission.
