At After Russia we are dedicated to spreading awareness and promoting peace through our educational media projects. Our mission is to inspire positive change and facilitate conflict resolution through informative and engaging content. We are currently seeking a skilled Remote Social Media Manager to join our team and help us reach a wider audience on various social media platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence and engage our target audience effectively.
  • Create compelling, informative, and visually appealing content tailored to our different social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and tools, and integrate new approaches to enhance our social media presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partner organizations to expand our reach and promote our message.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, questions, and feedback, fostering meaningful discussions around our initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in remote social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns and achievements.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms, as well as strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate original content tailored to diverse target audiences.
  • Proficiency in using Figma for collaborative design and the creation of visual materials.
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canvas and Meta Business Suite for diverse content presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with the audience and partners.
  • Passion for educational and socially impactful work, with an understanding of the importance of anti-war initiatives.
