We are looking for a self-motivated, "big picture" volunteer to help with a variety of tasks. These will range in complexity from low to high. Ideally this candidate will either be retired or have a very flexible schedule. Non-profit experience is preferred.

If you are selected, you will provide support to the President of Board of Directors including such things as:

  • Research, prepare, and maintain a list client resources for our web page (e.g. various services available through other organizations)
  • Maintenance of the board book and eventually leading the orientation sessions
  • Preparing other board training materials and SOP's
  • Ordering or preparing of certain supplies, including business cards and presentations
  • Board Meeting prep and post meeting documentation
  • Take meeting minutes at the Board Meeting and on some committee calls
  • documentation development/reviews/edits (e.g. P&P’s)
  • Event support including research, scheduling, and raffle/donation request solicitations
  • etc as determined day to day

DFW locale required.

The days and times you work can be mostly flexible and the time commitment is yours to define but not less than 10 hours per week.

I look forward to working with you!
