Help refugees and immigrants prepare to take the USCIS Citizenship Interview Test.
Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas' Citizenship Education program offers civics, literacy, and interview preparation classes to refugees and immigrants who are eligible to apply for U.S. Citizenship. Classes are taught in 10 week cycles.
Volunteer teachers will act as the lead instructor for a Citizenship class. Lead volunteers will be tasked with prepare materials and deliver lessons for class, take attendance, manage volunteer tutors, and provide general classroom support.
