If you're between the ages of 13 and 25, help Justice Education Project: https://justiceeducationproject.org expand in your state by committing to lead and grow a chapter. If you live outside the U.S., help us do the same in your country!
State/country chapters work remotely by hosting virtual events, such as webinars with professionals or public officials, lobby for state- or country-specific policy initiatives in the justice system to public officials, and organize in person or remote initiatives with nonprofits like a workshop.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide resources and education about the issues that exist within the criminal justice system. We aim to educate, empower, and encourage our viewers to take action and create change by utilizing digestible social media posts, personal interviews, and collaboration with similar organizations.

Description

The Justice Education Project is the very first national youth-led and youth-focused criminal justice nonprofit in the United States. Our goal is to empower Generation Z to advocate against the unjust policies and inequities in the US criminal justice system. We provide resources, activism tools, and opportunities to directly help current and formerly incarcerated people (especially women and children).

We have 19 chapters across the country
We have had over 17 webinars: including with Senator Jason Pizzo, Manhattan Supreme Court, ACLU, Innocence Project
Donated 15,000 menstrual hygiene products in menstrual hygiene drive
Published Teen Vogue Article about our book: https://www.teenvogue.com/story/justice-education-project-book
