Faith Hospice is looking for a volunteer who can lead a choir. We are seeking a special musical person, who would direct a grief choir for individuals, who are grieving the loss of a loved one. The project is overseen by our Bereavement Director, Janet Jaymin. According to Janet "as a society we must continue to offer outlets for individuals to grieve well" and "music has significant therapeutic value, that offers another means of discovering one’s voice while grieving."

At Faith Hospice, we provide comfort care to those with a life-limiting illness or condition as well as support to their families. Our team of professionals, including doctors, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides and volunteers, serves patients in a variety of settings.

Faith Hospice provides care "wherever you put your head down to sleep at night" including private homes, assisted living or skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. Faith Hospice also provides care at Trillium Woods, our unique hospice residence in Byron Center.
