About Our Organization: Our committed non-profit organization provides basketball-centric programs and technology access to underprivileged youth, predominantly within minority communities. Our upcoming basketball-focused technology access program is set to launch in Las Vegas, NV, in January 2024, reflecting our ongoing efforts toward effecting societal change.
Opportunity Overview: We seek a dedicated Volunteer as a Donor Relations Manager who will foster strong relationships with our donors, ensuring their engagement and continued support.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in donor management and non-profit fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive donor relations strategy.
* Engage with donors regularly, ensuring their continued support and engagement.
* Collaborate with the Volunteer Fundraising Director to align donor relations and fundraising strategies.
* Maintain detailed records of donor interactions, donations, and outcomes.
* Regularly communicates with stakeholders, offers updates, responds to inquiries, and acknowledges contributions.
Qualifications:
* Significant experience in donor relations in the non-profit sector.
* Experience in leading or motivating individuals and teams
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
* Profound understanding of donor relationship building and management.
* Familiarity with digital marketing channels and SEO strategies.
* Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
