As a Gift Shop Volunteer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, visitors, and hospital staff. Your warm and friendly presence in the gift shop with contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all who enter. Through your efforts, you will help raise funds for the hospital's initiatives while assisting individuals in finding thoughtful gifts, comfort items and personal essentials.
Key Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
-Greeting and welcoming customers
-Assisting customers
-Process sales transactions using a point-of-sale system
-Restock shelves, arrange merchandise and keep the gift shop well-stocked and visually appealing
We are looking for someone with a friendly and positive attitude and a customer service-oriented approach with a genuine desire to help others!
