Sexual Assault Advocates respond to calls from the crisis line that pertain to sexual assault, program services, and/or SAFE Room and hospital accompaniment. This volunteer will help survivors with the resources needed to make effective decisions and assist them in navigating crisis.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Center (DVSA) is to protect victims, prevent violence, and empower survivors. We accomplish our mission by providing free services, resources and assistance necessary to effectively deal with the personal (physical, mental and emotional), social, and legal implications of domestic and sexual violence.
Description
We provide 24 hour access to all services through crisis lines. Services provided include emergency safe shelter, court advocacy (orders of protection), sexual assault advocacy and sexual assault forensic exams, counseling, bilingual services, and follow up.
