We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Volunteer Short Form Video Editor to join our remote team, dedicated to supporting a Domestic Violence Nonprofit. Responsibilities:

1. Editing Short Form Videos: Your primary role will involve the creation of visually stunning and engaging short form videos tailored for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and other digital channels. You'll be the maestro behind the scenes, weaving stories through video to raise awareness and support for our Domestic Violence Nonprofit.

2. Understanding Brand Vision: To ensure our content resonates with our audience and aligns with the mission of our Nonprofit, you will need to grasp and align video edits with our brand's aesthetic, tone, and objectives. Consistency in storytelling is key to our success.

3. Collaborative Approach: You won't be in this alone. Collaborate closely with content creators, video producers, and creative directors to bring their visions to life. Your editing finesse will play a crucial role in translating their ideas into compelling visual narratives that shine a light on domestic violence issues.

5. Mandatory Meetings: As a valued member of our team, attendance at mandatory meetings is essential. 6. Consistent Video Production: Commit to providing a minimum of 5 short videos per month. Your dedication to regular content creation is vital to our online presence, audience engagement, and spreading awareness about domestic violence.

Requirements:

1. 1 Year of Reel Editing Experience: Showcase your talent in short form video editing through a strong portfolio. We value creativity, versatility, and your ability to convey emotions through your edits, especially when addressing sensitive issues like domestic violence.

2. Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Be proficient in using industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or the software of your choice. Your goal is to create professional-quality videos that captivate our audience while conveying the urgency of our cause.

3. Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members is essential. You should be adept at understanding project requirements and incorporating feedback into your work seamlessly.
