Description: YesLiberia is seeking a dynamic and creative Program Design Associate Volunteer to join our team. This role is crucial in developing, designing, and implementing innovative programs that align with our mission and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating program documents or instructional documents, experience in program design, meeting facilitation, and a passion for making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Join and help facilitate specific meetings to understand the programs' goals, visions, and needs.

• Coordinate with leadership to address challenges and get your questions answered

• Hold other volunteer accountable to deadlines and tasks completion

• Lead discussions and assign tasks to other volunteers with clear deadlines

• Work with other volunteer to help design a meaningful and impactful program that covers the Programs’ Purpose and Goals, Target Audience, Activities and Services, Resources, Partnerships, Timeline, Budget, Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, Risk Management, Communication Strategy, and Sustainability Plan

• Create a presentation deck of the program to share with potential partners/sponsors.

Requirements:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment with other volunteers.

3. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentations

4. Passionate about youth empowerment and community development.

5. Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

8. Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.
