On Thursday evenings, following our dinner together at 6pm, our mamas retire to the living room for programming and our kiddos go downstairs to our Room To Grow area specially set up for infants and toddlers/preschoolers. For the next 1 1/2 hours we play, sing, read and intentionally interact with our kiddos so that they are engaged and enjoying their time at Grace's Table. We know how important this time of respite is for our teen mamas and are privileged to be trusted with their children.

Description
We provide opportunities for teen mamas to build community together, engage in skill building as these women move from adolescence to adulthood, provide mentor relationships to help mamas reach their self-actualized goals, provide connections to other community partners for help in education and training, housing and career, provide information on how to navigate social programs and provide encouragement to reach their potential as women, mamas and people.

- The time commitment is 2.25 hours (6:00-8:15pm) and we ask that childcare volunteers be willing to volunteer 1-2 times per month.
- Potential applicants 18+ will be required to complete our online application and a two step background check. Potential applicants between 14-17 do not require a background check however the application must be signed by a parent or guardian.
