My Serenity Sanctuary is seeking a volunteer program manager to oversee the successful planning and completion of our charitable programs and fundraising events. Duties include formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects and coordinating cross-promotional activities with strategic partners.
The program manager will lead program staff and delegate tasks among them, developing, monitoring, and controlling deadlines and budgets, determining how to prioritize funds, and performing outreach duties to engage with the communities we serve.

With a focus on self and being, My Serenity Sanctuary is a self-care ecosystem and wellness community that offers programs and services designed to promote gender equity and address the unique challenges and opportunities for Black women and girls. It’s also a healing center that promotes a safe environment free of gender and racial bias. My Serenity Sanctuary programs are designed to empower and inspire Black women and girls to practice self-care through abundant resources, programs, and tools to help their physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
