Many of us are fortunate to be surrounded by family and friends during the holiday season, yet for many, the holiday season can be a time of loneliness for nursing home residents. This year, you can help ensure that long-term care residents are included in the holiday cheer!

Last year you helped us to produce 30,000 greeting cards for long-term care residents.

This holiday season, VOYCE will be working with our project partners, Senior Services Plus and Scott Credit Union, to provide greetings cards for 40,000 long-term care residents in Greater St. Louis and Illinois! We would also like to invite YOU to get involved!

You can help by:

  • Creating and/or filling out premade cards
  • Sorting card donations
  • Delivering cards to long-term care communities
  • Joining our committee of dedicated volunteers

About VOYCE

Location:

8050 Watson Rd., Ste 155, St. Louis, MO 63119, US

Mission Statement

To educate and empower persons and their families for quality living across the continuum of long-term care.

Description

VOYCE offers advocacy services to the 20,000 individuals who reside in more than 300 skilled nursing, assisted living and residential care communities in Greater St. Louis and northeast Missouri. More than 50% of these individuals have no one to advocate on their behalf.

VOYCE also delivers options to those making long-term care decisions. As the demand for long-term care continues to grow, an estimated 70% of those 65 and older will need long-term care and 43% will spend some time in a long-term care community.

VOYCEconnect

VOYCE is a principle source of information for those who need long-term care and their families. Our free VOYCEconnect service illuminates choices on the long-term care continuum and assists you with making the best decisions.
