Pine Flat Lake offers an excellent opportunity for volunteers to stay in a beautiful location and help Park Rangers steward public lands. Volunteers are an essential part of the Pine Flat team and provide essential support to Park Rangers. Volunteers assist with routine maintenance of recreation areas and campgrounds, answering visitor questions, providing natural resource project assistance, removing litter, and many other diverse tasks. Volunteer schedules are flexible, allowing volunteers to explore Pine Flat Lake and other local areas including Yosemite, Kings Canyon, and Sequoia National Parks.
