Description

  • Finesse Our Minds is a non-profit organization founded in May 2019 by a millennial, L.Finesse Humxn, who realized the importance of spreading awareness and preventing the negative effects of dark thoughts after surviving multiple suicide attempts.
  • It's natural for people to experience dark or negative thoughts from time to time - and we encourage owning our feelings! However, if these thoughts become persistent and intrusive, they can impact our mental health and well-being.
  • L.Finesse’s personal experience with dark thoughts has inspired the organization's mission to promote awareness and education on the reality of dark thoughts and their negative effects (such as mental health struggles and suicidal/self-harm tendencies) in young people worldwide and empower them to transform their lives through constant peer support and life-saving resources.
We encourage all volunteers to be proactive in spreading awareness. Share our mental health survey with five people you know and join our Discord server to provide free 24/7 peer support.

Join us at Finesse Our Minds and help us create a world where mental health support is accessible and stigma-free. Together, we can make a lasting impact.

Note: Please be aware that some of our roles may involve sensitive topics. We provide support to all individuals without discrimination and expect the same from our volunteers.
