We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our Board of Directors, you will help to provide organizational support through taking an active role in our virtual board meetings, supporting and assisting in organizing financial planning, supporting the management of financial operations of the organization, ensuring the organization's financial health and sustainability. This role will oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements. Directors must exercise a strong sense of professionalism and high moral standards, maintaining our mission and code of ethics. All of our meetings are held entirely online, all hours are fulfilled virtually.

Our Board of Directors is dedicated to serving our vision of delivering the highest quality holistic health treatments and training online and growing our network of social enterprises. We are currently seeking a CFO for our Board of Directors who can serve for a 2 year term and commit to 4-5 hours per month of service.

Qualifications: Previous financial experience is preferred. You should demonstrate superior communication skills and the ability to represent Indigo International and our vision. This is a virtual position. All meetings are held online and or/ over the phone. You must have access to an active and reliable high speed internet connection.

Board of Directors need to commit to attending 10 annual meetings in a 2 year term. This is 20 total meetings from August 2023 - June 2025, we do not meet in July or December. We meet 10 months out of the year, you will spend about 1 hour in our meeting and another 3-4 hours every month (during a time that is best for you) creating and facilitating the implementation of our financial plan. Meetings occur on Monday evenings 6 pm. - 7 pm. PST. You do need to be able to attend all 20 meetings in the 2 year term to qualify for this position.
