We are looking for an experienced nonprofit accounting volunteer to help maintain our accounting records. This work can only be performed remotely but there may be a training period in-person. This volunteer would do all of our AP/AR/GL Entries (about 50 per month) and prepare our P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet. This volunteer would be needed between the 1st of the month and the 2nd and 3rd Monday's (Finance Meetings); and the 4th Tuesday (Board Meeting). This person will be directly interfacing with our leadership team as well as the board of directors.
We use QuickBooks and SalesForce software.

Rebuilding Together North Texas is a local nonprofit performing critical home repairs and ADA modifications for low-income homeowners and their families in Denton, Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, and Tarrant counties. We have a strong focus on seniors, veterans and their surviving spouses, families with children, and people with disabilities. These home repairs are often the gateway to improved neighborhood and community cohesion, as our vision is safe homes and communities for everyone.
