SET offers an option for those who would otherwise fall through the cracks and not receive services. SET Family Medical Clinics is a non profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides basic medical services and holistic health programs to uninsured and low income people without discrimination. Our philosophy defines holistic health as caring for the entire person-body, mind and spirit. This focuses on the premise that individuals can heal themselves by developing healthy attitudes, and patterns of behavior and maintaining a healthy balance in their lives. Our goals is to Serve, Empower and Transform our clients actively participate in their care and take responsibility for their total well-being.

Description

How Does SET Serve The Community?

SET Family Medical Clinic at St. Francis Health Center--This medical clinic provides basic, affordable medical care for the low-income and uninsured of the Pikes Peak Region. SET has a full-time staff from Monday through Friday, 8 - 5pm. (Some evening clinics available, call for appointment).

SET Homeless Clinic at 14 W. Bijou-The homeless and very low-income receive basic medical care Monday thru Friday 11:30-1:00. SET also conducts a sock exchange and provides toiletry items such as soap, shampoo, razors, deodorant, and toothpaste/toothbrushes to the clients.
