Spring is here and we’re doing some spring cleaning! We’re looking for a volunteer group of 10-20 people to help with beautification efforts at The Garage - an all ages music venue in Burnsville! Tidy our storage spaces indoors so we can more efficiently use our space.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Tidy indoor storage spaces
- Haul trash to dumpster
- Organize AV equipment
- Sweep, dust and/or clean spaces as needed
- May include listing items for sale online
Skills Required
- Ability to follow instructions from the Operations Manager
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for some duties may be needed
Training
- All training, tools and supplies will be provided
- Bring your own gloves if you have them! If not, they will be provided for you
Time Commitment: Flexible one-time session, either 9am-1pm or 12-5pm, Monday - Friday

Mission Statement
Twin Cities Catalyst Music (Catalyst) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that catalyzes the creative and professional potential of young people in the music industry. Catalyst fulfills its mission through The Garage in Burnsville, the all-ages (no 18+ or 21+ restrictions), substance-free live music venue, recording studio, and educational center.
Description
In addition to live performances, the organization offers virtual and in-person free year-round music education programs focused on songwriting, performance, recording, videography, and music production. Since 2015, Catalyst has presented over 500 live performances for a collective audience of more than 50,000 individuals while working with over 2,000 young aspiring artists through various free mentoring and performance opportunities.
