Are you looking for a new and easy way to give back to your community?
Union Station Homeless Services is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, who is committed to helping homeless individuals and families rebuild their lives. As a part of our program, our food & services team provide at least 2 daily meals to our residents living at both our Family Center and Adult Center. That is at least 200 meals a day. As a way to support, we are looking for volunteers to support our Adopt-an-Item program.
Our Adopt-an-Item program is a simple way to make a positive impact in your community. By adopting an item, you provide essential ingredients that help our kitchen staff cook delicious and nutritious meals for our residents.
How To Help:
1. Choose an item you'd like to donate from. To view the list of essential items, visit our website unionstationhs.org/volunteer
2. Email volunteer@unionstationhs.org to schedule your delivery. Adopting an item requires at least a 1 month minimum with a weekly or bi-weekly delivery.
3. Deliver to our Adult Center on your designated day anytime between 8:00am - 2:30pm. The address to our Adult Center is 412 S. Raymond Ave, Pasadena.
