Beech Behavioral Health Foundation

Beech Behavioral Health Foundation is currently working to sponsor a clinical trial with the Veterans Affairs PTSD Clinic in Los Angeles. The Principle Investigator is a psychopharmacologist with a MD/PHD trained in the Eric Kandel Lab at Columbia University and Yale.

We have just gotten protocols done and now need to raise money for stage 1 clinical trials. I have a pretty good scientific advisory board but we are gonna need some wide spread awareness and marketing campaigns if we are gonna reach our goal.

Right now there is no big Pharma attached to this , and I would prefer if we could raise in a grassroots way. I don't have a lot of not for profit experience but I do have a lot of government and technology experience. We are working on getting plant based therepeutics approved by the FDA for PTSD in US Veterans within the VA Clinical system.

I could use a few folks to join the team and help me with operations, marketing , and management as we grow this out. We are brand new so there isn't a ton of baggage and can focus on keeping things lean and tight while we work on a very important trial ( It is PTSD related and has already had a brief mention from the principle advisor in a national podcast. )

We are interfaith, focused and dedicated to helping communities improve their mental health and well being in response to Covid 19. Please reach out to Steve to coordinate a zoom or in person meeting. Thank you!!

Steve
