Our summer camp supports our organization's mission of empowering children with visual impairments and other disabilities by providing a safe, inclusive environment in which our campers (3 years-12 years) can practice independence. Benefits of an inclusive summer camp include new and enriching experiences, opportunities to build confidence and self esteem, and positive peer interactions. With creative themed days, fun field trips, and 1:1 ratio, our camp is an unforgettable experience for both our campers and volunteers!

"Buddies" support our inclusive summer camp by maintaining a 1:1 ratio of volunteers to kids. This ratio provides our campers with the individualized attention and assistance that they need to thrive. As a "buddy" you’ll help your assigned camper navigate the day by providing positive attention, maintaining safety rules, and assisting your buddy with mealtimes and activities.
