we are seeking talented individuals to develop and coordinate our highly
anticipated Launch Party, where we will unveil our revolutionary technology to the

- Responsibilities:
- Concept Development:
o Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to develop a
captivating concept for the Soul Link Launch Party.
o Brainstorm innovative ideas, themes, and activities that align with our
mission and captivate the hearts and minds of attendees.
o Create a detailed event plan, including timelines, budgets, and
resources required to bring the concept to life.

- Coordination and Execution:
o Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor
coordination, and contract negotiation.
o Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a
seamless and unforgettable event experience.
o Oversee event setup, including decorations, audiovisual equipment, and
stage production, to create a visually stunning atmosphere.

- Guest Experience:
o Design and implement engaging activities and interactive experiences
that reflect the essence of Soul Link.
o Coordinate guest registration, check-in, and provide assistance
throughout the event to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
and event collateral that align with the overall theme.

- Post-Event Evaluation:
o Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the event, gathering feedback
from attendees and stakeholders.
o Analyze event metrics, such as attendance, engagement, and feedback,
to identify areas for improvement and future event planning.

- Requirements:
o Proven experience in event planning and execution, with a strong
portfolio showcasing successful events.
o Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to
manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
o Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to transform ideas
into visually stunning and immersive event experiences.
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external
partners.
o Proficiency in event management software and tools to streamline
planning and coordination processes.
