and raise awareness about our initiatives.

- Content Management:
o Create and curate engaging and impactful content for our social media
channels, including text, images, and videos.
o Schedule and publish content across various platforms while
maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
o Monitor trends, news, and relevant topics to stay up-to-date and ensure
timely and relevant content delivery.

- Performance Tracking and Optimization:
o Track the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives,
analyzing metrics and insights to measure their impact.
o Identify areas for improvement and suggest content optimization
strategies to increase engagement and reach.
o Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering
community engagement and addressing inquiries.

- Network Building:
o Collaborate with internal teams to identify partnership opportunities and
build relationships with influencers, organizations, and like-minded
individuals.
o Actively engage with our audience, building a strong online community
through meaningful interactions and conversations.

- Requirements:
o Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a non-
profit or humanitarian organization.
o Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best
practices.
o Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create
compelling and concise content.
o Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics
platforms to track performance.
o Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visually appealing
content creation.
