Bring your digital skills to the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historical Park!
This position will give you an opportunity to create written interpretive and informational materials that contain resource information to the visiting public and digital visitors at both the Birthplace Unit and Kentucky Boyhood Home at Knob Creek Unit. Visitor Services are provided in the Park Visitor Center, Memorial Building and in the Park’s Knob Creek Farm unit. This position serves as a writer under the guidance of the Park Digital Media Lead . Types of projects may include:
- C reating written material for varied audiences
- Producing and editing digital media
- Using park provided camera for photo and videography
- Create content for social media and the park website
Please note the park is flexible on hours/days that a volunteer can work at the park.
