Donor Development Director, Remote Volunteer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Donor Development Director to join our team as a remote volunteer. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others and gain valuable experience in the nonprofit sector.

As a Donor Development Director, your work will have a direct impact on the organization's ability to raise the funds it needs to carry out its mission. You will help to identify and cultivate potential donors, solicit and steward major gifts, and manage and report on donor data. Your work will make a real difference in the lives of the people that the organization serves.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive donor development plan
• Identify and cultivate potential donors
• Solicit and steward major gifts
• Manage and report on donor data
• Represent the organization to donors

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in donor development
• Strong fundraising and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to the organization's mission and values
