The rescue has a board member that oversees these volunteers. She needs some extra hands. We are seeking for a non board member, non voting, unpaid individual(s) to join her team to find grants for the rescue. We are growing fast and the calls don't stop just because the funds stop.
Seek grants put packages together, and submit on behalf of the rescue. Her team is vital to the operation side of the rescue.
So, if you want to help, but are nervous around large animals, or limited time, THIS IS YOUR CHANCE.

Description
Pride and Joy Rescue is a full-circle equine rescue located in Fargo, North Dakota. We rescue horses from slaughter auctions, surrender by owner, and abuse/neglect situations. We work to restore each horse's health before starting rehab and training; then, if a horse is healthy enough, they will be put up for adoption to a qualified and loving home. Some horses at our ranch will stay for the rest of their lives. Some have special needs and cannot be adopted out, some are elderly and will call the ranch their last home; in any case, we treat each horse as the individual they are, and with tremendous love and respect.
