Seeking: Pet Therapy Dogs

Oakland Hospice is looking for companionship volunteers with certified therapy dogs to visit our hospice patients and provide them with much-needed companionship and comfort. Your therapy dog's presence can bring joy, relieve stress, and offer emotional support during a challenging time. No hospice experience necessary but animal must be a certified and up to date on all vaccinations.

Our next new volunteer orientation is fast-approaching and will take place at our office in West Bloomfield. Contact Jeanne Edwards, Volunteer Coordinator with questions or to apply for a brief interview (947) 254-3128.
