Volunteers are an integral part of our care team and help us meet our service standards of Keep Me Safe, Love, Me, Make It Easy, and Own It. We appreciate everyone who gives us the gift of their time. Wherever you volunteer, you will make a difference!

The first step to become a volunteer is to complete a brief application/inquiry form. Please follow the link below to access the application, complete the form, and submit.

We will be in contact once your application is received with links to virtual orientation steps. When you complete those steps, we will invite you to an in-person interview and health screening.

Examples of Volunteer Opportunities:

• Patient/Visitor Liaison-Entrances (Main Entrance, Women’s Pavilion, Emergency Department) - assists the concierge staff with welcoming patients/visitors, ensuring COVID safety measures, and escorting patients/visitors to their destination. Great experience for students seeking a patient interaction volunteer experience.
• Pre-Procedure Admissions Liaison - assists with telephone reception and basic clerical tasks such as assembling paperwork and educational materials for patients preparing for a surgery or procedure. Great experience for students seeking an indirect patient interaction volunteer experience.
• Outpatient Department- assists with administrative tasks including stocking, sanitizing equipment, telephone reception, assembling paperwork, etc. Great experience for students seeking an indirect patient interaction volunteer experience.
