Role Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a volunteer basis. This is a remote role and the successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new volunteers. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential volunteers, conducting interviews, and onboarding successful candidates.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
Experience in volunteer management
Knowledge of the non-profit sector
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with diverse groups of people
Strong problem-solving skills
