The Komen Houston Race for the Cure is made possible by an amazing team of volunteers who help make the annual event a success. Our volunteers are individuals who are passionate about the fight against breast cancer and want to lend a hand before or during the race. Volunteer with us on Friday, October 4 or Saturday, October 5 at Sam Houston Park (1000 Bagby St., Houston, TX 77002) and help us prepare to make race day a success from start to finish!
Ways to Get Involved:
- Set-up banners
- Decorate tents
- Hang signs
- Man various event tents: Hope Village, VIP, Pillars, We Remember, etc.
- Monitor the course
