We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, passionate TikTok Lead Coordinator that will be the lead for planning, creating, and posting content consistently on the Arthritis Foundation Carolina TikTok. Their main goal is to grow the account and will work directly with the Senior Executive Director to ensure all content aligns with our values and represents the Arthritis Foundation in a positive manner.


As the TikTok Lead Coordinator, you will:

  • Plan and execute daily TikTok posts that are on-brand, relevant, and positive
  • Create and maintain a TikTok calendar with the Senior Executive Director
  • Increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Impact organization growth by creating and coordinating engaging content
  • Research TikTok trends and platform developments
  • Identify trends to reach the audience most likely to donate/partner/collaborate with us
Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience with TikTok social media platform
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
  • Strong sense of personal integrity
  • Sincere desire to help and support others
  • Have reliable internet access
