Social isolation in older adults can have the same health impact as smoking 15 cigarettes per day. To assist in reducing social isolation and its health impacts, Benjamin Rose relies on the support of volunteers to help serve older adults throughout Cuyahoga County. By making calls to older adults once a week, you can help ease social isolation, increase connectedness, and support older adults in the community!

Calls last approximately 20 minutes or less and are done from the comfort of your home. Volunteers work with their assigned older adults to schedule the best time for weekly calls.
