As a Front Desk Volunteer, You Will:

• Welcome with a Smile: Greet and assist our senior clients as they arrive, making them feel at ease and directing them to their destinations.
• Be a Phone Hero: Handle phone calls with warmth and professionalism, answering questions and providing helpful information.
• Organize and Assist: Manage class and membership fees, enroll new members, and schedule appointments for various center services.
• Stay Engaged: Enjoy a variety of tasks including sitting, standing, and walking around to support our clients and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and Approachable: A genuine enjoyment of interacting with seniors and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Excellent Communicator: Comfort with answering phones and engaging in conversations with a diverse range of individuals.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic skills with desktop computers to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
