Nation of Diversity, a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing homelessness and raising awareness about mental health through the creative arts, is seeking a talented and passionate videographer volunteer/intern for the summer. This role is essential in helping us capture and share impactful stories that highlight the work we do and the lives we aim to transform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Video Production: Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality videos that effectively communicate our mission, programs, and success stories. Collaborate with the organization's leadership team to understand specific video requirements and develop creative concepts that align with our messaging.

  2. Storytelling: Capture compelling narratives through video, showcasing the journeys of individuals impacted by homelessness and mental health challenges. Use your skills to create emotional connections and engage our audience, promoting empathy and understanding.

  3. Event Coverage: Attend and document our fundraising events, workshops, and community initiatives through videography. Capture the essence of these events, conveying the atmosphere, emotions, and impact to a wider audience.

  4. Post-production: Edit video footage, add relevant graphics, music, and subtitles to produce engaging and professional-quality content. Ensure timely delivery of final videos that meet the organization's branding guidelines and objectives.
