Position Overview: Positive People Network (PPN) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Fundraising Volunteer to join our team. As a Fundraising Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to [mention your organization's mission, e.g., provide essential services and support to individuals living with HIV/AIDS]. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in fundraising and contribute to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and events.

  • Participate in donor outreach and follow-up.

  • Previous fundraising or nonprofit experience is a plus but not required.

We are a social organization for people living with HIV/AIDS. Our motto is " There Is Life After Diagnosis, Live It". We lead by example. Living life to the fullest in spite of your circumstances . Ending STIGMA and helping get people out of isolation and fear. We offer weekly support groups for men and women online support , monthly in person support group, and online peer to peer counseling. We want to be the solution and help our community to End The Epidemic by creating solutions for positives and education and awareness with negatives. We are looking for caring and upbeat people to help us empower and love on our community. Join us and change someones life for the better.
We have an initiative called Stigma Free Miami, billboards around town showing people living with HIV thriving and diminishing Stigma.
We need help with creating campaigns and funding for campaigns. We have an initiative called PrEP Up Sis, where we do a workshop educating on self love, testing, annuals, a movie and food.
PrEP is a once a day pill that keeps you from contracting HIV. We have Stop The Silence, our Ambassadors/Speakers initiative to help eradicate stigma and educating the community.
We promote HIV/AIDS Awareness Days. We are the social and educational solution to Ending the Epidemic.
