BE PART OF OUR KITTEN FOSTER ADMIN TEAM! Available now. Applicants must submit our OHS Volunteer Agreement, must be over 18 years, enjoy working with databases, have some familiarity with gmail and Google workspace, and plan on providing assistance 1-5 hours/week for at least 6 months through the kitten season. Virtual position would be ideal for a retired person who enjoys computer work and who has some familiarity with animal care; however, training also will be provided. Monitor foster program mail inbox and review medical data submitted by fosters caring for kittens in their homes. Refer questions to program manager and follow up on missing information. 2. Track any missing documentation for kitten medical documents and data needed prior to sending adoption letter. Training will be provided. 3. Assist with creating email adoption letters with summary of medical records for adopters after the kittens go to their new homes. 3. Other duties as assigned. 4. Work within a team of other part-time virtual volunteers assisting the care and adoption of kittens.
