About us: We are a non-profit ministry with a mission to rescue and restore trafficking victims, restore domestic violence victims, and those who battle with mental illness. We also desire to plant churches and mobilize future ministry leaders around the world! We are a team with one ambition and that is to share the message of ransom and rescue with people of every nation, tribe, and tongue!

General Description: Our ministry is seeking a motivated person with similar values and passions to be responsible for planning and overseeing the fundraising efforts of our organization. A successful candidate will work closely with the Executive director and the Board to determine our most strategic fundraising initiatives and will work with the appropriate staff to organize and implement each project. Candidate must be aware that this is a non-profit role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transactions
• Be good with money
• Good at event planning
• Help keep the ministry fully funded
• Plan fundraising events
• Send out emails to donors
• Be a member of the team tasked with creating the fundraising plan for the organization.
• Analyze progress and recommend changes in the fundraising plan as required.
• Research different income generation options for the fundraising team and make recommendations about which types of income to pursue.
• Help identify new partnerships with external organizations that can help support the organization.
• Write monthly reports on progress made in meeting fundraising goals and recommend changes to meet those goals.
• Plan meetings with other fundraiser's to discuss opportunities for cooperation.
