Looking for a Receptionist for Wednesday or Friday afternoons, 1-4. Duties include:
Answer telephone
- take message, or
- transfer to a Case Manager
Greet walk-in clients
- fill out the Sign-In sheet
- find out what services they are seeking
- hand off to Case Manager
As time permits, keep the waiting area neat, assist with incoming donations, and other miscellaneous tasks as neeeded. Multi-lingual a plus.
