Propósito:
Un recepcionista voluntario se unirá a la Agencia para fortalecer los servicios en el sitio y en persona a la comunidad a la que servimos. Se espera que la recepcionista interactúe con los miembros de la comunidad y los clientes y mantenga el libro de registro de visitantes.

Responsabilidades y deberes:
- Dar la bienvenida y saludar a los visitantes de una manera educada y amistosa.
- Mantenga la recepción y otras áreas comunes de la Agencia de acuerdo con las pautas de distanciamiento social locales, estatales, federales y de la Agencia y desinfecte periódicamente las superficies de alto contacto.
- Capacidad para ayudar a los clientes a completar el formulario de evaluación de salud y demostrar los protocolos adecuados de salud y seguridad.
- Recibir capacitación sobre cómo dirigir a los clientes a los servicios.
- Conteste el teléfono mientras los clientes llaman y ayúdelos a acceder a los servicios compartiendo sobre la agencia, así como completando materiales en su nombre, según las instrucciones del Gerente de Servicios de la Red de Seguridad.
- Comunicarse con el personal de la Agencia de manera adecuada.
- Adherirse a los estándares de privacidad y confidencialidad de la Agencia, y al código de ética.
- Se comunica con las personas de manera respetuosa y con un enfoque receptivo a las diferentes creencias y prácticas, orientaciones sexuales, estados de discapacidad, identidades de género, edades, preferencias culturales, necesidades lingüísticas y otros estados protegidos estatales y federales.
Compromiso de tiempo:
- Lunes y viernes, de 12.00 a 16.00 horas
Habilidades y calificaciones:
- Mayores de 18 años.
- Experiencia de servicio al cliente deseada.
- Capacidad para interactuar con el público de una manera empática y culturalmente responsable.
- Conocimientos técnicos básicos (es decir, iPad, Microsoft Office, walkie-talkie).
- Organizado, creativo y orientado a los detalles.
- Habilidades de comunicación verbal.
- Demostrar una actitud positiva y dar la bienvenida a un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.
- Se prefiere bilingüe en español e inglés. Español o inglés solo habla considerado.
