The Anoka Vet Center office is looking for outgoing, organized individuals with general knowledge of copiers and phones to assist the Vet Center staff in the office. Office Volunteers would be greeting clients and visitors to the office, copying/scanning/filing electronically, answering the phones, and other special projects as they present themselves.
Prospective Volunteers must have good communication skills, ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and excellent customer service skills.
Current openings are Thursdays 8:30 am to 12:30 pm or Thursdays 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
VHA Directive 1193 and VA Handbook 5019 requires that Volunteers in this role have a documented COVID-19 vaccine and Flu vaccine.
