Our non-profit is looking to expand through the acquisition of a printing company. Our board members are pooling personal funds to pay 10% of the asking price.
We need help with deal structuring: seller financing, SBA loan, unsecured loan, downpayment, earn-out, and royalties are some of the strategies we are thinking of using to make this happen. In other words, we and our organization are cash-strapped and wish to find someone to consider this a paid volunteering project.

Write-A-Book Foundation believes that expressive writing skill is a viable tool for people struggling with anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns. To that end, we will remove barriers to book writing to enable personal and spiritual development and living a purposeful life.
We are advocates of using writing as a therapeutic, personal development, and self-empathy tool. We offer writing support and coaching through our free workshops. Our workshops have served people worldwide.
