The Ball and Brain is a project of the Fafali Organization which uses football to attract children and the youth into taking education seriously while playing the game. The Ball and Brain Project is what we call our Honey-Method. This project comes from the saying, "You catch more flies with honey than vinegar." In this method, we use projects such as sports and entertainment to gain the interest of many children and parents.
Volunteers help with regular training sessions on Tuesdays to Fridays from 4:30pm - 6pm at the Gimpa school field for the boys' team and Saturdays from 8am - 10am at the Anumle School field for the girls' team.

Mission Statement
Empower the youth of Africa with education, training and character - enabling them to act upon their future and enriching their local communities and Africa as a whole.
Description
Fafali is comprised of a dynamic group of individuals of different backgrounds, age groups, race and educational backgrounds with a common goal to uplift, inspire, and provide resources to underserved children across Africa, starting in Ghana. We aspire to engage more youth each year with an education curriculum combined with sports, gender equality and character development that convinces its communities and develops trust. We will work with partners to spread these goals and adjust to local conditions so the most children can be reached. We will overcome the obstacles that discrimination, poverty, gender inequality, ignorance and illiteracy have placed on the developmental phases of a child’s growth in Africa with proof of leadership and integrity within social and cultural spheres.
