Our child life and recreation programs work with children and families to provide developmentally appropriate play, art, activities, and celebrations to normalize the healthcare experience.
We are seeking volunteers to:
- Engage children in play activities at the bedside and in the playroom
- Assist Child Life and recreation staff in group activities and celebrations
- Comfort infants

Description
The Children’s Center at the Phoenix Center is a 92 bed skilled nursing facility that serves children from birth through 21 years from in and out of state. Our services include education, speech, occupational, and physical therapies, respiratory care, child life and recreation.
