Growing Hope provide courses to train facilitators in our When Dreams Change and Siblings Group courses to be run across the UK. These courses support parents and siblings of children with additional needs through different counselling techniques.

We are looking for a When Dreams Change and Siblings Champion, to assist with the smooth running of facilitator training at our central London offices.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is available 4 hours fortnightly minimum.
• Can be office based at our site in Islington.
• Is welcoming and friendly.
• Is well organised.
• Can be a team player as well as working independently.
• Has database management skills.
• Has the ability to follow through processes independently.

Tasks will vary but can include:

• Hosting on training days- welcoming people in, help with organising resources, organising drinks and food throughout the day.
• Keeping track of resources, keeping inventory, and assisting with ordering when needed.
• Managing email processes - contacting people who have shown interest to inform of new training dates, emailing updates for people booked on.
• Managing ticket tailor- updating the system when new dates become available.
• Sending packs- collating and sending out resource packs.
• Post -training processes- following through with facilitators, collating feedback, organising, and sending certificates as well as updating salesforce.

We don't require our volunteers to be Christian, and the courses aren't faith-based and open to the whole community, however our faith is integral to all our planning.
