Hospice is not a place; it is a concept of care for patients who have life-limiting illnesses. Hospice affirms life. It neither hastens nor postpones the end of life. It emphasizes the belief that through sensitive and compassionate care, with the support of our caring and professional multi-disciplinary team, our terminally ill patients and families can begin to prepare mentally and physically to face the inevitable challenges during this journey and beyond. Choosing Hospice allows a patient to remain at home with family or a facility if that is the patient’s home while focusing on receiving comfort treatment to relieve pain and manage symptoms. We promise to offer the best support possible during this transition while our team cares for you in your home with family or in any facility which you may call home
