Responding to requests for assistance on the phone and scheduling/reminders for appointments
for a low-cost spay/neuter clinic and adoption site. We receive many, many calls each day and can't answer directly as we are waiting on customers. We need assistance to improve our response time and make it easier for people who are seeking our help.

Description
Companion Cats has been spay and neutering lost, stray and abandoned cats for 10 years. We also house and adopt out homeless cats.
