Our organization relies heavily on the support of volunteers to carry out our mission, and we are currently seeking a skilled Graphic design Team Leader/Volunteer to join our team. As a Graphic Design Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of graphic designers who create visual content to support our organization's mission and initiatives.

The goal of the Graphic Design Team Leader is to ensure that all team members routinely achieve their goals and, thus, our organization’s mission.

• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers and ensure that all design work aligns with the organization's goals and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop design concepts and campaigns that effectively communicate our message and mission.
• Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, flyers, brochures, posters, and infographics.
• Ensure that all design work is completed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
• Provide guidance and support to graphic designers, including constructive feedback and coaching, to help them develop their skills and advance in their roles.
• Keep updated with industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into the organization's design strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing the organization's overall marketing and communications strategies.
• Handle any issues or conflicts that arise within the team in a timely and effective manner.

• Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
